Biography:
Prior to graduating from the United States Naval Academy in 2016, Charlie attended Woodberry Forest School (Orange, VA) and Washington and Lee University (Lexington, VA). At the Naval Academy, he majored in Economics and competed on the Men’s Squash team. Afterwards, Charlie served as an officer in the submarine community for seven years: first onboard the USS Hartford (SSN 768), completing multiple EUCOM deployments, then as an instructor of “Reactor Dynamics-Core Characteristics” at Naval Nuclear Power Training Command in Charleston, SC. It was as an instructor at NNPTC that Charlie developed a passion for teaching.

At EHS, Charlie teaches Physics, coaches boys’ golf and squash, serves as an advisor, and lives on campus with his Golden Retriever, Ernie.
