Erin Phillips ’18

Biography:
Born and raised in Alexandria, VA, Erin attended Episcopal High School and served as a senior monitor on Evans Dormitory. Erin was heavily involved in athletics while a student, playing Field Hockey, Basketball, and Lacrosse all four years. She served as a cheerleader, tour guide, and Young Alumni Leadership Program member. 
 
After graduating from EHS, Erin enrolled at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster PA, where she earned a B.A. in Psychology. Her undergraduate research focused on the impacts of social media on stress and disordered eating among female college students. Erin taught Kindergarten in the School District of Lancaster while also volunteering at the Boys and Girls Club of Lancaster. She carried on her passion for athletics found at EHS and was a four-year starter and senior captain of the Diplomats lacrosse team. 
 
After her first year in the fellows program, Erin returns in 2023 as an Admissions Officer and assistant coach to both the Varsity Field Hockey and Lacrosse teams. Erin will also serve as the 2023-24 Dalrymple Dorm Head.
