Make Sugar Cookies with Baking Club!

Come to Ms. Urquhart's Webex room on Saturday for a lesson from Lucie Morton '22 and Olivia Taiwo '22 on a classic sugar cookie recipe. Send in your photos of finished products -- decorating with icing is HIGHLY encouraged. Best cookie photo wins a special delivery straight to your doorstep.

List of ingredients needed for the cookies:

2 sticks of butter
2/3 cup of sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp of baking powder
1/8 tsp of salt
1 1/2 tsp of vanilla
2 1/3 cups of All Purpose flour

For the icing:

1 cup of powdered sugar
2 tsp milk
2 tsp corn syrup
Vanilla extract + any food coloring.
Piping bags or Ziplocs.
