Girls Beat Bullis

The final game of the season was another re-match, and another change to avenge a previous loss. The girls went undefeated throughout the month of February.
It was very quickly recognized as an even match-up, as both teams went point for point. The score was tied at the half. Thanks to a pair of steals by PemPem Dorji '22 and Elle Dorrian '22, the ladies stayed in the game. Showing her strength under the basket was Hadley Applegate '22 with a strong rebound and put-back. The score was tied at the end of the game—not once, but twice! Maya Taybron '22 came out swishing a total 15 points in the latter quarters of the game. Though it was a long, hard-fought battle, Flora French '21 put the Maroon up with 1.7 seconds left in double overtime. Episcopal beat out the Bulldogs 46-44!
