The Little Hoyas jumped out to a high lead and held it until the end.
The Little Hoyas jumped out to a quick 13-3 lead, but the Maroon regrouped and fought back into the game in the second quarter; however, despite buckets from Josh Williams ‘22, Zeddy Williams ‘21, and Andres Simbeck ‘21, the Maroon still went in at the half down by 12 points.

In the opening minutes of the second half, the pace of the game changed, and both teams traded baskets and hit shots that hadn’t been falling in the first half. Despite several good offensive series and several buckets from James Greene ‘21 and Zeddy Williams, the Maroon weren’t able to get closer to the lead than 7 points.
