Boys Varsity Lacrosse Wins Despite Team Deificit
Despite having 11 players out due to injury or sickness, the Maroon played a focused and disciplined game, jumping out to a 10-1 half-time lead against a competitive Flint Hill team. The defense played very well as Mikaal Griffith '17, Tench Coxe '17, Christian Storch '20, and Ryan Grajewski '18 provided strong play in front of goalies Hampton Brannon '17 and Miles Thompson '18. The offense was efficient as Ricky Miezan '18, Jared Andreala '20 and Stuart Greenspon '17 all scored three goals. John Mckee '20 did a great job at the face-off x, controlling 56% of the face-offs and Thomas Kreger '18 picked up a game high four ground balls. The win improved the boys VISAA record to 4-1 and overall record to 5-2.
