NCS Tops JV Field Hockey at Home
The JV Maroon played hard at home against National Cathedral.
The girls transitioned the ball well from side to side, but a few lapses caused some chances for NCS, one of which was capitalized on when a strong shot hit the weak side post and bounced in. That score would be the difference in a close game. EHS generated a few corners on the offensive side but could not find the back of the goal. The team will be working on having midfield players transition up and back in supporting roles.
