Jennifer S. Fitzpatrick

Jen enjoyed a distinguished athletic career at the University of Rochester, playing soccer, basketball, and lacrosse. She was recog­nized as All-Conference in lacrosse and All-American in soccer and received the university’s Merle Spurrier Award, which recognizes the senior woman who has made the most outstanding contribution to women’s sports by demonstrating leadership, enthusiasm, and service. Jen was inducted into the Newton North High School Athletic Hall of Fame in 2017 and the University of Rochester Athletic Hall of Fame in 2019. After graduating cum laude in psychology and political science, Jen went on to earn her master’s degree in sports manage­ment from the University of Massachusetts before working in the athletic department at Boston College.

Before coming to Episcopal, Jen coached soccer and lacrosse at the Division III level for several colleges in the northeast. She has coached three different sports at EHS, serving as the head coach for the girls’ varsity soccer, girls’ JV soccer, and girls’ varsity lacrosse teams and as an assistant coach for the girls’ varsity basketball team. In addition to her role as Director of Athletics, she is an advisor to freshman girls.
