Thomas Clark Dashiell '66

Admired by the entire Episcopal community, Tom Dashiell won numerous athletic awards during his time at The High School and set School records in baseball for strikeouts, wins, and ERA that remain today. As the captain of the baseball team his sophomore, junior, and senior years, he was a three-time recipient of the Miller Baseball Award and an All-Metro and All-State selection his senior year.
Voted “Best Athlete” by the student body, Mr. Dashiell excelled in football and basketball as well. A reliable playmaker, he was the captain of the football team and the co-captain of the basketball team his senior year. This outstanding athlete was also the recipient of the Rinehart Medal and the William Caskie Watts Basketball Award for basketball.
