Episcopal Volleyball Aces Stone Ridge
Moving forward from a tough week and a few injuries would prove difficult, but with eleven returning players, this team knows how to support each other. Traveling for about an hour to Bethesda, the Maroon arrive at Stone Ridge ready to play.
Stone Ridge brought some impressive serving, but EHS was able to overpower the team with smart and tactful offensive strikes. After serving three service rotations into the net or out, senior captain Gray Shiverick '19 got to the service line and ripped 14 serves in a row, acing the Gators eight times in the process. This spark was all the Maroon needed throughout the rest of the games to absolutely stifle the team from Stone Ridge.
