The no. 5 VISAA-ranked boys varsity lacrosse team improved their record to 7-3 (5-3 in VISAA) on the season with a solid 14-7 victory over Woodberry Forest.
All healthy players contributed to the victory as the Maroon slowly pulled away in the second half. Will Cory '19 led the way on offense with an impressive seven-point outing. The scoring was well distributed as 11 different players registered at least one point. Tommy Reilly '19 had a nice goal and assist in the fourth quarter, and Tyler Bryan '19 and Jack Kelly '19 both earned game MVP honors for their overall strong defensive play and support in the clearing game. Coleman Marlatt '19 played outstanding on defense.
