The girls’ varsity tennis team gave the High School a quick point in the Seminary Hill Cup when the team's four singles players all won convincingly for an insurmountable 4-0 lead.
Since St. Stephen’s only has four courts, so the doubles matches followed after singles match concluded. With Nora Huffines '20 and Catherine Clark ’21 leading 9-0 at #1 doubles and the other two matches just underway, the rain came and the girls were unable to complete those contests. Still, it was a great team effort and win for the girls squad and the school. The suspension of the doubles gave our team the chance to catch some of the other SHC events around the campus.
