• Student buses depart EHS at 9:00 a.m. and arrive at Woodberry around 11:00 a.m.
• Tailgates open at 10:30 a.m. 
• No tickets are necessary for tailgates or The Game.
• No pets, personal tents, open fires, or alcoholic beverages allowed.
• Dress comfortably for The Game. The more Maroon and Black, the better!
• Parking is first-come, first-serve
• Visit the School Store table for all your EHS spirit gear.

Current Families & Grade-Level Tailgates 

• All current students and families are invited to participate in the grade-level tailgates.
• Our parent volunteers will provide tailgate snacks and decor; EHS will provide the main lunch food, beverages, and chips through our caterer.

Alumni  & Friends Tailgate 

• Find the ALUMNI flag to mingle and grab your Beat Woodberry pins.
• Bring your own food, tables, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Episcopal and Woodberry Forest School will host four Game Watch Parties in Atlanta, Charleston, New York City, and Raleigh. Invitations to follow.

 Friday night of Spirit Weekend is a Community Night on campus and no day or overnight leaves will be allowed as we have the annual Maroon & Black semi-formal dance.

• Transportation to and from Woodberry will be provided by the School on Saturday.
• Saturday overnight leaves are permitted after The Game.
  • These leaves will only be approved if a student is with their own parents/immediate family or is a designated EHS guest with another family.
  • For this weekend, each family may only have two additional designated EHS guests (who will require parent permission to leave campus with the host).
• Campus is open all weekend.
  • Students are welcome to stay on campus as all of our dorms are open and fully staffed, however, there will be no formal dinner in Laird Dining Hall on Saturday night. Meal money will be dispersed on Saturday night for those who are on campus.
  • There will be on-campus activities on Saturday evening and Sunday.
