Biography:
Ingrid attended the Madeira School prior to graduating from the United States Naval Academy in 2018. She led Navy Women’s Lacrosse to two Patriot League championships, NCAA Final Four and quarter-final appearances, and holds multiple school records. 

Upon graduation, Ingrid commissioned as a Navy Intelligence officer. She served for five years, completing tours in the Pacific and a Mediterranean deployment onboard an aircraft carrier in response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine. While on active duty, Ingrid coached lacrosse at every duty station. Ingrid currently plays box lacrosse for Team USA,, and won gold at the first ever Women’s Box Lacrosse World Championship in 2024. Ingrid was recognized as a member of the All-World team.

Ingrid lives on campus with her husband Tim.
