Biography:
Luis A. Gamboa is currently  revising his doctoral dissertation titled Muertos Made in México: Necrocapitalismo en la cultura Mexicana with plans to publish it as a literary criticism textbook. He is also working on a fiction novel titled Anno Domini. At Episcopal High School, he is an advisor, teaches Spanish Language and Literature, and serves as the Director of Global Programs.

In his free time, Luis enjoys walking while listening to 80s soft rock, especially Billy Joel. He is passionate about reading on political thought and contemporary global issues such as immigration and human rights.

He has faith in society, believing that “Amor vincit omnia” as humanity moves toward the Omega Point, as described by Teilhard de Chardin.
