Biography:
Asher comes to Episcopal as an accomplished jazz musician and teacher of students of all ages, most recently high school musicians at Albuquerque Academy in Albuquerque, New Mexico where he taught beginning, intermediate, and advanced orchestra, as well as guitar. For several years, Asher also served as a teacher at the New Mexico Jazz Workshop, teaching electric guitar, bass, singing, piano, and drums, to middle and high school students from the South Valley area of Albuquerque. Asher and his wife live at the Virginia Theological Seminary, right next door, where she is a student at VTS.
