Frequently Asked Questions

List of 7 frequently asked questions.

  • Weekend Dress

Weekend dress is casual, though many men opt to wear a coat and tie for the Saturday night Reunion Celebration. Plan your attire based on the activities you expect to participate in, and be sure to check the weather forecast before you leave for the weekend. June in Virginia can be quite warm! Don’t forget to bring along any sports gear you may require for afternoon activities.
  • Dorm Accommodations

Each air-conditioned dorm room has two twin beds and access to a shared bathroom. Basic linens are provided, including a set of sheets, towels, and a pillow. As these items are rented, they are fairly basic and we recommend that you bring your own pillow, blanket, alarm clock, cell phone, etc., for your comfort. While the accommodations are simple, most alumni rave about the convenience and affordability of staying on campus.
  • Family Information

Many alumni bring their children, and children are welcome to stay on dorm. Children are invited to use the School’s facilities throughout the weekend, including the pool, basketball and tennis courts, athletic fields, etc. Childcare is available on Friday and Saturday nights for a fee. It will take place in a dorm on campus. Parents must sign-up for childcare when registering for Reunion Weekend. Should you have any questions, please contact the Director of Events at or 703-933-4079.
  • Spouses/Guests

Spouses or significant others are welcomed to join you for the weekend!
  • Fitness Center/Pool

The fitness center, located in the Hershey Athletics Center, and pool will be open throughout the weekend. Please bring towels.
  • Alcohol

Beer, wine, and a limited amount of liquor are provided at many Reunion events. If you choose to drink, please do so responsibly. Accommodations are available on dorm, and we will provide contact information for our guests staying off campus to arrange transportation through local cab companies, Uber, and hotel shuttles.

There are always alumni who choose not to drink, too. No matter what you choose, you are sure to have a great time!

For those interested, there are two designated times during the weekend for Friends of Bill to meet. Please check your registration packet upon arrival for more details.
  • Special Needs Assistance

The EHS campus is fully equipped to accommodate attendees’ special needs, including dietary restrictions. Please contact the Director of Events at or 703-933-40079.
