Biography: After graduating from Episcopal in 2006, Frances attended Princeton University, where she received her degree from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. Frances then moved to New York City and spent four years working for Blue Engine, an education non-profit that places teams of teaching assistants in public high school classrooms. Frances worked as a Blue Engine teaching assistant, supporting algebra and geometry classrooms, and then as a site director, managing Blue Engine’s program at one of its partner schools.
In 2013, Frances returned to the D.C. area and taught science and social studies at a KIPP elementary school. At Episcopal, Frances serves as an admissions officer, math teacher, and basketball coach. She is a 9th Grade dean and lives on and serves Anderson as dorm head.
