Biography: As a lifelong learner from a French-American Family , Jeremy began his career serving as a forensic archaeologist in Southeast Asia for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Since 1998, a variety of teaching and administrative roles have allowed him to follow his passion for education. Jeremy’s background includes directing global and summer programs; teaching history, religious studies, science, and modern languages to grades 5-12; and coaching varsity soccer.
At Episcopal High School His primary responsibilities are serving as administrative duty officer in the residential life program, directing the Washington Program, Ainslie Mastership Fellows, and leading the school's experiential learning mission. Jeremy's work includes supporting faculty in developing innovative place-based curriculum, designing new professional development opportunities, and helping grow the school's network of partners in the greater Washington area. Using his anthropology experience and a design thinking mindset, he strives to build energy around innovation and connecting the school community to unique partnerships.
In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys practicing karate, cycling, soccer, reading, and almost anything active. He lives on campus with his wife, Lucy; their daughter, Jane; and their dog, Callie.
