EHS teacher and accomplished mixed media artist David Douglas currently has works on display at MPA at Chain Bridge Gallery in McLean, VA. Douglas’ exhibit, Moving Through: Works by David. A Douglas, is composed of large-scale works that explore the power of place. Douglas’ works combine drawing, painting, and photography to depict personally meaningful landscapes.

MPA at Chain Bridge is McLean Project for the Arts’ second location. Douglas’ exhibition is the first exhibition in this new space, which is located at 1446 Chain Bridge Road in McLean. Moving Through: Works by David A. Douglasruns from December 8 through January 21.

In addition to his exhibit at MPA at Chain Bridge Gallery, Douglas’ works are on display at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, the Chrysler Museum, and the Academy Art Museum. Douglas teaches painting, drawing, and photography at Episcopal.
