Bishop O'Connell Bows to Varsity LAX

The Maroon picked up another important VISAA win on Friday by beating a tough Bishop O'Connell team by a 12-8 score. Will Cory' 19 (4g and 6a) accounted for 10 of the 12 goals on the day and Jackson Eicher '20 scored six goals. John McKee '20 won 10 of 14 face-offs and Bear Matheson '20 picked up a team high 8 ground balls.

Tyler Conklin '21 and Thomas Williamson '19 contributed key 3rd quarter goals and Jared Andreala '20 had a big assist and several key plays in the clearing game. Jack Kelly '19, Ben Lee' 20, Christian Storch '20, and Coleman Marlatt '19 played steady defense all day in front of Luke Mascatello '19 (9 saves).

The win improves the boys' record to 5-1 overall and 3-1 in VISAA play.
