Varsity Wrestling Faces Bullis

This week the wrestling team competed in four dual meets total, spread out over two days.
Traveling to Bullis on Tuesday, The Maroon fell to the Bulldogs by a score of 61-18. Bullis has as deep and balanced a team as they have had in years, and their experience proved too much for the Maroon as we won only three weight classes. Earning wins for Episcopal were Gilbert Amason '20, Chineme Agulanna '20 and Alex Manoogian '22. Manoogian showed particular toughness in his bout, fighting off his back two different times to come back and win by fall. In an exhibition match, Yoyo Lu '21 also won by fall.
