Wrestling Victory at Quad Meet

Overall this week, EHS varsity wrestling finished with a record of 3-2, winning 37 bouts and losing 18.
Missing two starters, Episcopal opened with a 42-29 loss to VISAA opponent St. John Paul the Great High School. The Maroon competed well but struggled to get pins when they had the chance. Against Sidwell Friends, the Maroon dominated, winning all but two of the bouts actually contested, and only surrendering one pin in 51-21 victory. Episcopal followed up the win with a 36 - 6 victory over an under-manned team from St. Anselms.
