Departments and Positions:
• Spanish Teacher
• Head Cross Country Coach
• Assistant Indoor & Outdoor Track Coach

Biography:
Growing up in small town Idaho, Kevin always had dreams of leaving the countryside and seeing the world. In college, he did just that. Kevin studied abroad twice in college (Granada, Spain and Zaragoza, Spain). After graduating, Kevin returned to Spain and taught English as an additional language for two years. After returning to the US and teaching high school Spanish for a year, Kevin went back to school to get his Master’s degree in Spanish Literature and Culture from Washington State University. While completing his Master’s degree, he also taught Spanish at WSU.

After finishing his Masters, Kevin has taught in both Public and Private schools. Most recently, he was teaching IB Spanish at Raha International School in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates.

When he isn’t teaching, Kevin loves spending time with his wife (Laurea) and his three children (Mateo, Alejandro and Diego). He likes to run, cycle, play soccer and watch just about any sport on TV, or in person. He still has the travel bug and likes to travel whenever he has the opportunity to do so.
