Tran Kim-Senior

Born in Cambodia with roots in Vietnam, Tran began her career in higher education as an admissions officer at Connecticut College and College of the Holy Cross. She then went on to study higher education administration and social justice education for her graduate studies at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. After graduating, she and her husband, Norman Kim-Senior, moved to the Lawrenceville School in New Jersey, where she split her time as an admissions officer; the coordinator of intercultural affairs, teaching on social justice issues; and academic advisor.

At Episcopal, Tran is part of the admissions team, serves as an advisor, is a member of the community service program, and is a member of the Anderson dorm team. She lives on campus with her husband, Norman, a Spanish teacher at Episcopal, and their two children, one of whom is a student at EHS. She enjoys singing, following current events, exploring the arts and culture scene, cooking, trying new things, and cheering her children on at games and concerts.
