Parents Weekend

FALL PARENTS WEEKEND: OCTOBER 27-30, 2017!

Mark your calendars for Fall Parents Weekend! We are excited to welcome you to Episcopal to experience a weekend on campus and to get to know other members of the EHS community.

We have added several new events and programs to the schedule this fall, including guest speaker sessions on Friday and Saturday covering two important topics: College Counseling and Student Life; the addition of classroom visits on Saturday morning; a senior only dinner on Friday evening; and several opportunities to gather socially throughout the weekend. You can view the tentative schedule of the weekend here.

ADVISOR, TEACHER AND COLLEGE COUNSELOR APPOINTMENTS

You’ll see windows for individual meetings with college counselors (12th grade only), advisors, and teachers throughout the schedule. Over the course of two weeks in October, you will have the opportunity to sign up through an online scheduler for meetings with your student’s advisor, teachers, and college counselors during Fall Parents Weekend.

The sign-up process will take place in two phases: The first will cover Advisor Appointments, and the second will cover Teacher and College Counselor Appointments. Click on the relevant section below (“New Parents” or “Returning Parents”) to read more about the dates and times for appointment sign-ups.

A guide for accessing and navigating the online scheduler and reminders of the appointment sign-up timeline will be emailed in advance of the sign-up dates.

If you have any questions about Parents Weekend registration, please contact Emily Urquhart '08, parent programs officer, at 703-933-4046 or esu@espiscopalhighschool.org.

Phase 1 Advisor Appointments Sign up for a 20-minute appointment with your student’s advisor through an online scheduler beginning at 10:00 a.m. EST on Tuesday, October 10 through 10:00 a.m. EST on Friday, October 13.
    • Note: When selecting a time to meet with your student’s advisor, we recommend signing up for a slot as soon as you are able to be on campus.
