Phase 1 – Advisor Appointments

Sign up for a 20-minute appointment with your student’s advisor through an online scheduler beginning at 10:00 a.m.EST on Wednesday, September 25 through 9:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, September 26.

Note: When selecting a time to meet with your student’s advisor, we recommend signing up for a slot as soon as you are able to be on campus. It will be beneficial to meet with your student’s advisor before meeting with any of your student’s teachers, should you choose to book additional appointments.

Phase 2 – Teacher** Appointments

In addition to the advisor appointment, you have the option to sign up for 10-minute appointments with your student’s teachers. As a family new to EHS, you will have first access to these appointments, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 30, through9:00 p.m. EST on Friday, October 4.

**These teacher meetings are optional meetings, and will be reserved through the online scheduler on a first-come, first-served basis. Given the finite number of teacher appointments available, note that you will also have the opportunity to meet teachers during the classroom visits, which follow your student’s class schedule, on Friday morning of Family Weekend.
