Molly has taught at The Taft School, Charlotte Country Day School, and the Chinese International School in Hong Kong. She also has coached volleyball, basketball, crew, rock climbing, and cross country, and advised a variety of student groups from yoga clubs to literary magazines.

At Episcopal, Molly is the Chair of the English Department and relishes her formal and informal discussions and experiences with students and colleagues. She currently teaches 9th and 11th grade classes, including an elective entitled American Protest Literature. Serving as Program Director for the Office of Community and Equity engenders opportunities for her to interact with all constituents of EHS, including alumni, board members, and parents. Molly also chairs the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, and she facilitates professional development and diversity and equity literacy for faculty and staff.

For ten years, Molly, her partner, and two children have called Anderson Dorm home.
