Episcopal Falls to St. Catherine's
The girls JV lacrosse team had a tough run against an undefeated team.
The Maroon took what they learned and applied it in their game against St. Catherine's on Saturday. They had one of their strongest games of the season against the undefeated opponent. Jane Durden '20 played particularly well, pressuring the ball with confidence and causing two turnovers. The game was also referred to as the "Battle of the #14s" because Sunny Miller '20 faced her sister, also number 14, and they each played well. Miller had the lone EHS goal of the day, which was especially appropriate. While St. Catherine's continued their undefeated run, ending the game with a 10-1 win, the Maroon coaches were proud of how the girls played. Both teams enjoyed a fun cookout after the game, and the #14s have made their peace.
