Return to Campus Protocols for January 2022

Episcopal’s Health and Safety Team continues to monitor the developments with Covid-19 and the impact of the Omicron variant, locally, nationally, and internationally. The January 2022 Return to School Campus Mitigation Measures are in place to help us establish a healthy community baseline as soon as possible so we can return to life on the Hill as it was in the fall.  Our ongoing goal is to support the physical health and mental well-being of our community.
Updated January 6, 2022
Classes began on Wednesday, January 5.

Students whose return to campus was delayed must report to the Health Center to receive their PCR test as soon as they arrive.

Vaccinations Required Following FDA Approval

With the August 23, 2021, announcement of FDA approval of the Pfizer vaccine for individuals aged 16 and older, Episcopal is officially requiring all eligible students, faculty, and staff to be fully vaccinated by October 7, 2021, in keeping with our 45-day post-approval timeframe.

The CDC has reinforced that vaccination of school employees and students is the most reliable intervention for ensuring safety during the upcoming school year and returning to our cherished pre-pandemic activities. We are confident that this decision is in the best interest of our community as a whole.
