The camp will explore the three general processes for transferring genetic information: replication, translation, and transcription. These three processes, often referred to collectively as the “Central Dogma of Molecular Biology,” form the foundation of many of today’s most advanced biological research tools. By the end of the EHS Biotechnology Experience, students will be able to make connections between events occurring on the molecular level and their effect in the real world.
