During the regular school year, Episcopal High School offers full-time technical support from 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Students with laptop issues are encouraged to report problems to the L.A.T.E.R. (Laptop and Tablet Emergency Repair) office, located on the second floor of the Hummel Learning Center. On-site replacement parts, for school approved laptops/tablets, are available for hardware repair. Harware repairs generally take less than two class periods. There is no charge for repairs covered by warranty or Accidental Damage Protection. Loaners are available for overnight use in the event a laptop/table cannot be repaired by the end of the class day.
