New Athletics Facility

In August 2010, EHS completed the construction of our new athletics center and the expansion and renovation of our current athletics facilities.

The 60,000-square-foot facility is the first expansion to indoor athletics space in over 40 years. In that time, EHS has introduced co-education, doubled the number of interscholastic teams, and increased enrollment by 50%. The new space provides an auxiliary gym with two full-size basketball courts, a new state-of-the-art fitness center, locker facilities, team meeting rooms, a Hall of Fame, and offices for the EHS Athletics Department.

The major thing the new athletics facility does is that it truly inspires EHS students to give their all every game. We are proud to be a part of Episcopal, and the athletes want to work hard and take advantage of the many resources the School has given us."

"The new athletics center is a place for the Episcopal community to show the pride we have in our traditions. Anyone who walks through these halls knows our dedication to the Maroon and Black, and knows that no matter how many places we may come from, we all play 100 percent for The High School."

You put on that jersey…that’s 170 years of tradition. That means we fight it out until the buzzer sounds.
