Ways to Volunteer

List of 5 items.

  • Class Chair

Class Chairs lead the Roll Call fundraising effort for their class through the direct solicitation and stewardship of classmates. Chairs help draft and/or edit appeal letters and emails, participate in alumni outreach, and make an early Roll Call commitment at a level of personal leadership.
  • Class Correspondent

Class Correspondents keep classmates connected to EHS and to one another by collecting class notes for the semi-annual school magazine and notifying the Advancement Office of any changes to alumni contact information.
  • Host a Washington Program Student Extern

If you or your company is willing to host an EHS senior for an off-campus work experience during the month of May, usually for about 35 hours per week, please contact Millie Smith, director of the Washington Program, at mm@episcopalhighschool.org.
  • Reunion Planning Committee

Members of the Reunion Planning Committee drum up enthusiasm and attendance for Reunion Weekend. Working alongside the Advancement Office, the committee also helps coordinate class-specific events for the weekend and assists with personal outreach to classmates encouraging attendance and sending registration reminders.
  • Reunion Roll Call Committee

Members of the Reunion Roll Call Committee work alongside the Advancement Office to manage the solicitation of their classmates to support the Roll Call in honor of their class's Reunion year. Members will conduct personal outreach to solicit and thank assigned prospects throughout the year with a final push for class participation after Reunion weekend concludes.
