Acceptable Use
Certain uses of the Alumni Network are inconsistent with the purposes for which it was created. Such uses include, but are not limited to, those that:
- are illegal or fraudulent;
- inaccurately imply endorsement, approval or sponsorship by Episcopal High School or any officer of the School; or
- involve mass distributions for any personal, commercial (e.g., ads or spamming) or political activity.
To that end, all those individuals utilizing Episcopal's Alumni Network agree not to engage in communications that demean, intimidate, or result in injury to another individual because of personal characteristics or beliefs.
The Alumni Directory is intended for the sole use of Episcopal High School faculty, staff, students, and families. Commercial use of the directory is prohibited, and permission for any other use must be secured from the Headmaster's Office.
Episcopal cannot protect individuals against the existence or receipt of materials that may be offensive to them. However, if Episcopal High School believes, in its sole discretion, that a user's participation in the Alumni Network creates liability for EHS or violates the guidelines set forth here, Episcopal reserves the right to take any and all actions it deems necessary and appropriate including, but not limited to denying a user's access to the Alumni Network.
Episcopal High School reserves the right to discontinue any and all online services at any time or to unilaterally revise the terms of this policy without advance notice.
Use of the Alumni Network constitutes your agreement to abide by these regulations.
