We encourage all applicants and their families to personally visit the campus for an interview and campus tour. In addition, a personal interview is a required part of the application process and a great opportunity for students to learn more about EHS. Applicants will interview with one of our Admissions Officers and parents/guardians will have the opportunity to meet with the Admissions Officer as well.
While visiting, students are also welcome to observe a class, meet with teachers or coaches, attend chapel and lunch, or watch an athletic or performing arts practice as our schedule allows. Just let us know of your requests when scheduling your appointment.
Visits are typically scheduled during the academic year for Monday through Friday between 8:50 a.m. and 2:15 p.m. We are also offering the following Saturday interview dates during the 2009-10 academic year: Oct. 3, Oct. 10, Oct. 17, Oct. 24 (as part of Parents' Weekend, priority will be given to siblings of current students), Oct. 31, Nov. 14, Dec. 5, Jan. 16, and Jan. 23. Saturday interviews are scheduled at 9 a.m., 10 a.m., and 11 a.m. Please be aware that there are no academic classes on Saturday.
You should plan to spend about two hours on campus for your tour and interview. To assist us in our planning and to make your visit more informative, students are encouraged to submit any completed pieces of the application before coming to campus. Interviews should be completed by the Jan. 31 deadline.
While we would like to meet you in person, for international students or other applicants who are unable to make it to campus, please contact the Admissions Office to set up a phone or "Skype" interview (we must have a complete application on file before arranging this appointment).

Please be advised that our January appointment slots get filled up quickly as we try to accommodate all the families who intend to complete their application by our January 31, 2010 deadline. In addition, it can be difficult to reschedule an appointment during the month of January and we encourage families to keep their original appointment if at all possible once it is booked.
Open House
The Admissions Office will host an Open House on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009 from 2 p.m. until 3:45 p.m. at Episcopal's Ainslie Arts Center. An optional campus tour will be available prior to the program, starting promptly at 1:00 p.m. Guests will learn more about life at Episcopal from current students, faculty, and parents of current students. Please contact the Admissions Office for more information, or register for the event using our online form.
Revisit Days
In the spring of 2010, there will be two formal Accepted Student Revisit Days available to students who have been offered a place in the student body for the 2010-11 academic session. Revisit days offer students the opportunity to attend classes, meet with EHS faculty and students, and experience EHS again prior to making their enrollment decision. These revisit days also include sessions for parents. The Revisit Days for 2010 will be held on Monday, March 29 and Thursday, April 1.
Invitations for the Accepted Student Revisit Days will be mailed with letters of acceptance on March 10. Families are encouraged to call early to sign up for these events as there will be a limited number of spaces.
Accepted Students who wish to schedule an overnight visit to the school may do so in lieu of the Revisit Day program on selected dates in late March and early April. More detailed information will be sent with the acceptance mailing.
