If you want a recommendation for Hank Harris as a tennis coach, just ask former tennis pro Pam Shriver. Hank helped her to a No. 3 ranking on the Women’s Pro Tour.

Hank brings more than 25 years of tennis and world-class coaching experience to EHS. He has worked with all levels of players, from the pros and NCAA champions to kids just beginning the sport. He has coached in more than 20 Grand Slam tournaments, conducted clinics internationally, and currently runs the Hank Harris Tennis Academy at EHS during the summer.

Hank was formerly the captain and No. 1 player for the University of Virginia and has held the top Virginia state ranking in both singles and doubles. One of the biggest highlights in his tennis career was meeting his wife, Jrene, at a tournament in Zurich, Switzerland. They reside in Alexandria with their daughters, Sylvie and Isabelle.
