Ellen E. Albers Associate Director of College Counseling M.S.Ed. University of Pennsylvania B.A. Villanova University

Ellen joined the Episcopal faculty with experience working as a school counselor at a private girls’ school in Pittsburgh, Pa. In this role she guided and prepared students for the college selection and application process and advocated students’ candidacies with colleges and universities. She also served as a member of the student assistance program, helping to design interventions to maximize students’ academic success. She earned her graduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania in psychological services and counseling and holds a Virginia Pupil Personnel license.

Ellen lives on Evans Dorm with her husband, Ken. In addition to her college counseling responsibilities, Ellen serves as a 12th grade dean, a member of the Student Assistance Team, and serves on the Evans Dorm team.
