As a parent or guardian of a camper attending a program at Episcopal High School, I understand the following: Refunds can only be given at the discretion of the summer programs director. Each child must have a completed health form on file before their program begins. The program director has the right to dismiss a camper if their behavior is detrimental to themselves, the group, or the rules of Episcopal High School. I consent for my son or daughter to participate in all programs and activities. I understand that photographs of my son or daughter participating in EHS Summer Programs may be used for marketing purposes.
